I've spent 28+ years in operations — manufacturing, healthcare, professional services, enterprise tech. The longest engagement: 12 years with BorgWarner, building cross-plant automation systems for a global Tier-1 automotive supplier.
I started Mahoosuc Solutions because I kept seeing the same pattern: companies buying AI tools that work in demos but fail at production scale. The missing piece was never the model. It was the infrastructure around it — governance, integration, and institutional learning that compounds over time.
